Dawson Wales brings this pre-construction lavish development site in the Don Mills neighbourhood. Prince Condos will be divided into blocks. The names of the blocks are Block D and E, Block F and Block G.

Precisely, Block D and E will house a total of 229 residential units with an amenity space of 7000 sq ft. The amenity space will include an outdoor fireplace, pool, lounge and semi-covered dining area in the building. Block F will feature an 8-storey mid-rise tower for retail and house office space.
